1 word of advice . bad habits are hard to break , dont start walking back towards the rack until you have completely locked the last rep . it might bite you when the weight gets heavier .

buried, nice squats. id rather see a guy bury 200 than someone squat high with 495.

next time face away from the mirror and look up. that will help with getting thrown forward a bit.
