I'm on a cutting cycle. Trying to burn some body fat. 2 a day cardio workouts and just brought a plastic suana suit. Does anybody know if these suits speed up the fat loss process????????? |

a sauna suit will only help you burn a few more calories and really they just arent healthy

Our wrestling coach used to use these they only make you lose water weight, no fat will be lost wearing these suits. Diet and hard work are still your best option
