I've been reading and asking about proper diet and still not getting fat at all.
Yeah, I have a very high metabolism.

I'm 5'8, now I'm 135 pounder and it stays there Yeah, I'm underweight. body-fats? I think a little on the lower belly, but besides that, I got none.
I've been eating a lot and I mean a lot. Every meal I include milk and protein food. I like to eat eggs, fruits, veggies, pork, meat, poultry, fish but definitely no junk foods and softdrinks. I replace my sweet urge with ice teas.
My goal is to be a 150 pounder. I don't mind belly fats since I could work it out and it shrunks back really easy.

welcome to the club. Club Ectomorph.
im in the same shoes as you but not as bad. just make sure your getting ~200 grams of protein/day. dont be shy about eating junk food. just go crazy. eat even when your not hungry. always be snacking on something.
i know its easier to type then to do. i have tried and the only result i got was a lighter wallet.

hehe! Me too. But I'm raelly not into junk foods, Wesley. I do like to snack on peanuts, ice tea, and bananas. So, keep eating will help.  Hmmm..thanks Train hard and stay healthy

How much exactly is "a lot and I mean a lot"? It's extremely subjective.
