When I cycle with Tren, I too drink Cranberry Juice once or twice a week (Wednesday & weekend) in addition to 1.5 gallons of water (4 days a week, Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri)), and 1 gallon of water the 3 days I am not injecting.
When I feel kidney pain similar to how you describe, it is due to not drinking enough water (for me that is). I may have only drank a half gallon on my light day or my wrestling workouts have caused me to sweat so much and I fail to hydrate properly. Bottomline for me is that I HAVE to keep drinking because I hate the aches and pains in the morning.
