Get the temperature high enough and yes, you still destory the molecule.

I'm sure it would vary based on the hormone. Trenbolone is known to be destroyed without a lot of trouble, but I don't have specifics.

275 F in the oven for an hour isn't going to ruin the hormone. Do you have any needs beyond that?
